Export and Import Manager for APAC

Location: Indonesia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export and Import Manager for APAC to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the operations for export and import within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for achieving targets, and proficiency in analytical thinking and Excel. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Export and Import Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for:

• Managing Export and Import Operations: Oversee the daily operations for export and import across the APAC region, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Setting Up Supply Network Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for the supply network of export and import within APAC to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring Execution: Ensure execution aligns with lead times and delivery service levels, meeting or exceeding target expectations.
• Cost Management: Manage costs efficiently, adhering to target cost benchmarks while maintaining high service levels.
• Knowledge Application: Apply your expertise in export and import regulations and procedures within the APAC region to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
