Description
Job responsibilities:

Source and procure supplies and
materials needed for daily operations.

Create and manage purchase
orders, tracking delivery times and order status.
·
Monitor inventory levels and
forecast future demand.
·
Establish and maintain
relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and agreements.
·
Work closely with other
departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient communication.
·
Resolve any discrepancies or
issues with orders.
·
Develop and implement
cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
·
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
·
Minimum 2 years of experience in
purchasing or a related field.
·
Strong knowledge of procurement
processes and procedures.
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office
and purchasing software.
·
Excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
·
Ability to multitask and
prioritize effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
