We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Credit Telephone Verification

Responsibilities:

• Managing disbursement in day-to-day credit applications processing to ensure smooth applications approval within target TAT
• Managing request verification inventory
• Maintain quality and effectiveness of verification process and document relates to verification
• Manage original applications for storage and retrieval original application to support business growth
• Closely monitor, check and follow up applications that pending due to incomplete or error in another unit

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Indonesia Citizen only
• Able to operate computer and MS Office, especially excel
• Good understanding in English
• Able to work as a team and shows good responsibility in completing tasks in timely manner
• Has good administration ability
• Has experiences in administration, verification and/or banking will be a plus
