We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Data Centre Service Resilience Enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to ensure high availability and resilience of data center services.
• Coordinate and manage DR drills  / DC Lost recovery to test the effectiveness of the recovery plans.
• Ensure that backup systems and procedures are in place and functioning properly
• Ensure that all data center operations comply with industry standards and regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of resilience and recovery plans, procedures, and incident reports.
• Identify potential risks to data center operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review and update resilience and recovery strategies to keep align with global standard

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Expertise in Disaster recovery Planning and implementation
• Good knowledge in Failover strategies and Incident response management.
• Good knowledge in Service continuity tools.
• Good knowledge in DC resilience Risk assessment (identifying and evaluating risks to the datacenters resilience)
• Knowledge in Datacenter Power ,Cooling systems, Rack and cabling management
• Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting systems like BMC Patrol, xMatters, Control-M is preferred.
• Some project management experience is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English
• A proactive personality with self-motivation. Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good in documentation and administration filing
• Responsible, Smart Working and willing to work outside 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. including weekend and holiday when needed, willing to travel if demanded.
• Focus and capable deliver High Quality results.
• Capable working in group or individual

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

• Indonesia Citizen only
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Database fields.
• Datacenter or other technology certification is preferred but not mandatory.
