As the Commercial Operation Executive, you will be responsible for the admin outsource organization set up and commercial Operations. You will be working close with the sales and marketing team on the finance productivity.

The Opportunity

• Establish Commercial Operation DC processes work properly and performance review for admin support

• Provide sales dashboard monitoring, daily sales and stock data

• Calculate sales team incentive and SFDC admin lightning

• Compile customers DPL discount and FOC

• Provide and analyze PnL for all channel (by territory)

• Analyze price to distributor (HJP), IMS pricing (ASP and profitability by channel), distributor margin calculation (margin recon, pouching price, stock reval, inventory management (IMS and sell-in forecast, import order, 3PL inventory) and analyze invoices from distributor

• Provide accrual of sales deduction and M&D expenses

• Provide and analyze  Business Planning according to Global Instructions

Who you are

• You should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor of degree in any major.

• You should Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes as well as focus and able to achieve results without constant supervision
