Job title: Lead User Researcher

We are seeking a lead user researcher with a specialisation in end-to-end journey mapping and user research to join our strategic design team.

Do you have experience with creating user journeys and/or service blueprints?

Key responsibilities

o    Work with a wide range of stakeholders to help craft research objectives and research approaches.

o    Conduct exhaustive end-to-end journey mapping research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvements within our user experience.

o    Execute and analyse user research studies, encompassing surveys and in-depth interviews.

Qualifications

o    Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology or related field.

o    Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in conducting user research.

o    Profound expertise in user research methodologies, including moderated and unmoderated tests and contextual inquiries.
