Financial Analysis Manager

Full time IN - Pune

Opportunity

To drive and support a globally standardized single source of truth for data and data visibility, through which FBPs provide deep-dive analysis to stakeholders. To provide business value to stakeholders by leveraging this analysis with insights, influencing decision-making through strong stakeholder partnerships and recommendations backed by data. The role supports the Regional Ocean Product (ROP) team and their execution of the global integrator strategy.

Key Accountabilities

•Identifying opportunities and risks for the business through data analysis

Challenging the business with strategic insights and recommendations from data deep-dives

•Actively partnering with our stakeholders to create business value

üDedicated support for ROP Heads of Market, Area, Surcharges & VAS, Enablement & CPM leads and their teams to optimize the Ocean Business KPIs

•Driving towards a Global and Standardized Report Landscape

üAdopting or creating global solutions where applicable, striving for Single Source of Truth in all data, advocating ROP needs in global BI and FBP forums

•Producing and organizing the Management Reporting Cycle

üProviding the right data to Senior Management for direction-setting, proactively transforming the data landscape to support the Integrator Journey

•Peer to peer learning and development

Regular connections with FBP Manager and peers to assess gaps and ensure continuous development.

Stakeholder & Energy Management

Experience / Qualifications

•Master’s in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)

•10+ years of experience in finance and analysis

•Experience of financial modelling and forecasting

•Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills

•Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI
