KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding:
o Internal Employees:
o Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including welcoming them to DOTI, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
o Raise requests for WIFI (wherever applicable)
o Update relevant information in Whitepages
o Provide support to new hires during their initial weeks.
o External Employees:
o Manage onboarding: Raise requests for ID creation, laptops macbooks. Track laptop deliveries to respective external employees
o Manage offboarding: Track laptop, macbook returns and update records accordingly
o Manage access requests for external partners, employees. Create their access requests in W2M.
o Welcome external visitors at the reception.
• Training Coordination:
• Coordination between vendor and requesting manager to block trainer timeslot for connect.
• Collating nominations, Sharing meeting requests to attendees.
• Book meeting rooms
• Making visitor entry in system, Generation and sharing of WiFi credentials with visitor
• Receiving visitor, security clearance, visitor briefing about classroom / pantry etc.
• Training troubleshooting - Infra (WiFi issues, projector issues, whiteboard / marker issues etc.)
• Training troubleshooting - Vendor (Trainer issues, lab issues etc.)
• Sharing daily assessment marks with managers
• Sharing final assessment marks, attendance with managers and SP for inTouch upload
• Collation of attendees' cost centres from managers
• Creation of training costs split document basis cost centres
• Coordination with other EAs for PR and with Purchase for PO creation
• Coordination with Finance for invoice payments
• Split learning report manager-wise• Assets Management:
o Maintain an inventory of Macbooks, charges, connectors headsets and other assets.
o Order and restock assets as needed.
o Coordinate asset allocation for new hires and track their usage.• Travel Management:
o Assist with travel documentation such as Invitation letter and Covering letter
• General Administrative Support:
o Respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
o Updates various distribution lists.
o Support with event organization.
